Method of Payment

PayPal: Payment for goods can be made through the web site using PayPal, which is the world's largest online payment network, serving over 100 million members in 190 countries and regions. Purchases through PayPal are secure, using SSL technology to ensure your account numbers stay safe and your credit card information is never revealed to the people you pay. You can make a purchase using your PayPal account, or use your credit/debit card by clicking the 'continue' button under the heading 'Don't have a PayPal account?' during the checkout process.

Cheques: if you do not wish to purchase online via PayPal, then personal cheques are accepted drawn on a UK bank account. Please allow 10 working days from receipt of the cheque to allow the cheque to clear before goods are shipped. If you would like to pay by this method, please send an email in the first instance, listing your requirements.

Delivery

Charges: Postage and packing is FREE for all orders placed throught the website to UK postal addresses. For shipment to other European and international addresses, please send an email in the first instance to obtain details of postage costs.

Method: All packages are sent via Royal Mail First Class for UK deliveries. A proof of posting is always obtained from the post office.

Timings: Please allow 2 working days from placing your order to dispatch of your goods. Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class items the day after posting, although this is not guaranteed. If you have an urgent order, please email the details and I will try to meet your requirements.

Alternative delivery address: Your first order must be shipped to the registered card address or confirmed PayPal address. Subsequent orders can be shipped to an alternative address by entering the appropriate address details during the checkout process.

Packaging

Each item of jewellery is packaged in a lovely organza drawstring gift bag - ideal for giving as a gift or just to keep for yourself! A jewellery card is also included which details the materials used to make the jewellery. The price is written on an easy-peel removable label that does not leave behind a sticky residue, so gifts are prepared with ease. Purchases are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope for protection during delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact me by email so that I know to expect the item.

All items must be returned:
- in their original condition (unworn, unaltered and free from damage)
- with a copy of the original receipt/invoice
- accompanied by a note explaining the reason for return
- complete with their original packaging (gift bag, jewellery card, etc.)
- in a suitable padded envelope or bubble wrap to prevent damage during delivery

Please ensure that you obtain appropriate insurance and a free proof of posting certificate from the post office when returning items, as no responsibility can be accepted for returned goods damaged or lost in transit.

Guarantee

If your item has broken during normal usage within 6 months from the date of purchase, you may return it for repair. Unfortunately, return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. Please contact me by email so that I know to expect the item. Charges for repair will be made if items have been damaged from misuse or improper return shipping.

All items must be returned:

Jewellery Cleaning & Care

The best way to clean sterling silver jewellery is to use a soft jewellery polishing cloth that prevents or removes the build up of tarnish on silver but does not damage any of the stones or beads. These cloths can be obtained from high street jewellery shops. Don't use tarnish-removing dips, creams or solutions as these can damage gemstones and other components used in the jewellery, and will also remove the oxidation on Bali silver which is added during manufacturing to highlight the intricate patterns on these beads.

Store your piece in its own pouch to prevent scratches or other damage. Suedette cord can be washed in warm, soapy water, rinsed and then left to air dry.
